What is VistaFrame and how does it work?
  Vialta's VistaFrame is the only digital picture frame that allows users to display their digital pictures directly from 5 different media card types (supports CompactFlash®, Memory Stick®, SD™, SmartMedia®, and MultiMediaCard™), without the need for a computer, camera or USB reader.
What kind of power supply does VistaFrame use?
  VistaFrame has a universal switching power supply, which means it adapts to any power system
from 100-240 volts and at either 50-60Hz.
What picture format does VistaFrame support?
  VistaFrame only supports the JPEG picture format.
What types of memory does VistaFrame support?
  VistaFrame supports: SmartMedia™, CompactFlash® (Type I), SD™, MultiMediaCard™,
and Memory Stick®.
What size picture does VistaFrame display?
  VistaFrame displays a JPEG image similar in size to standard 4" x 6" pictures.
Is VistaFrame easy to set up?
  VistaFrame set up is very easy - from "out-of-the-box" to "up-and-running" in about 2 minutes.
Just plug the power adapter pin into the POWER IN jack on the back of your VistaFrame,
and plug the power cord into the closest wall socket.
Is VistaFrame easy to use?
  Absolutely. VistaFrame has been specifically designed to be extremely intuitive and user-friendly.
What are VistaFrame's main features?
  VistaFrame allows you to display your digital pictures directly from a memory card or from My Album, VistaFrame's internal memory. You can pick a single picture for continuous viewing or create your own Custom Slideshow and view hundreds of pictures one after the other. VistaFrame goes into power-saving mode after 60 minutes of non-use and wakes up when the built-in motion sensor detects movement, a memory card is inserted, or a button is pressed.
Is VistaFrame portable? Can I take it on vacation?
  VistaFrame's slick design and light weight make it easy to take with you when you travel. Display pictures of your family, your loved ones, or your vacation - right on the spot!
Why does my display have tiny black or bright points?
  This is a normal result of the manufacturing process, and does not affect VistaFrame's performance.
How come I can only see 6 pictures on a card?
  Use the NEXT button to see the next 6 thumbnails.
Why is the picture display slower with some pictures and faster with others?
  Higher resolution pictures load slower. Try using lower resolution pictures.
Why doesn't VistaFrame display any pictures?
  Make sure that your memory card is inserted properly, that the memory card format is one of the five formats read by VistaFrame, and that the pictures on it are in JPEG format. Also make sure that VistaFrame's power adapter is plugged into an outlet and that the POWER LED is lit.
Why doesn't VistaFrame display all my pictures?
  VistaFrame can display up to 500 images per directory. Make sure that all of the pictures on the card are in JPEG format, and that the memory card does not contain over 500 pictures.
Why is the screen on my VistaFrame black?
  VistaFrame may not be plugged in or it may be asleep. Be sure that the POWER LED is illuminated and press any button to wake VistaFrame from power-saving mode.

  Vialta offers a 30-day return policy on selected items. Prior to returning any product purchased directly from Vialta's Online Store, please contact Vialta's Customer Support to receive a RMA number. All product returns must be in new condition, be 100% complete, and contain ALL original boxes, plastic bags, wraps and packing materials.
